Delete your Contractor360 account

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your information.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Contractor360 and sign in.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Under Delete, choose Delete your account.
  4. Confirm. We'll walk you through anything that needs to happen first.

If your account is the only owner of a business, you may be asked to transfer ownership or close the business first, so a company isn't left with records no one can manage. The app explains this at the time.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email support@contractor360.us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity and process the request.

What is deleted

  • Your user profile and sign-in credentials.
  • Personal data associated with your account that we are not required to keep.
  • Where you're closing a business, its customers, estimates, jobs and related records tied to it.

What may be retained

  • Records we're legally required to keep for a limited period — for example, certain financial and payment records held by our payment provider or required by law.
  • Backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

Retained records are limited to what the law requires and are deleted when that period ends. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
