Frequently asked questions

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?

No. Contractor360 is built to adopt one workflow at a time — start with estimates and approvals, then bring in scheduling, invoicing and the customer portal as you go.

Which trades is it for?

It works across general contracting, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, concrete, flooring and other construction and service trades.

Is my customers' data private?

Every customer only ever sees their own estimate, approvals, progress and payments through a scoped portal link. Your business data is isolated to your account.

How do payments work?

You can collect deposits and final payment. Payment status is confirmed by the payment provider — Contractor360 never marks an invoice paid on trust.

Is the customer approval a signed contract?

The approval is your customer's recorded go-ahead, captured with a timestamp and the exact version they saw. It is not a legal e-signature; treat it as a clear record of agreement.

What does it cost?

Pricing is being finalized ahead of launch. Join the early-access list and we'll share plans with you directly.
